Nachos Supreme for Two
(Recipe may be doubled for 4)

½ lb ground Angus beef
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes (drained)
1 cup refried beans (fat free)
Grated cheese (desired amount)
Black olives for toping

Brown meat, add Rotel tomatoes and cook until most of moisture is gone. Place and spread refried beans on two plates. Microwave for 30 seconds then split ground beef mixture between each plate. Top with grated cheese and microwave for 30 additional seconds. Add black olives to finish and serve with chips. Enjoy!
